Terms of Use
By using Synchroneers you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You need an account from the first entry, because there is nowhere for a guest's entries to survive. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be 13 or older.
Your content is yours
You keep ownership of everything you write. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and โ for entries you explicitly ask to be interpreted โ send that entry's text to our AI provider. Entries marked private are never sent.
What interpretations are, and are not
Interpretations are AI-generated reflections, offered through a named framework you choose. They are reflective, not diagnostic. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please talk to someone who can help.
Every framework is labelled with the school or teacher that inspired it. Synchroneers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any named person, their estate, their school, or any faith tradition.
Collectives
Posting to a Collective creates a separate, redacted record that you confirm before it leaves. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, and do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, or harassing. We may remove posts and suspend accounts that breach this.
Membership and the free allowance
Logging entries and keeping your archive are free and unlimited. Twenty interpretations per calendar month are included at no cost. Paid membership, where offered, is billed through the App Store; cancellation and refunds are handled under Apple's terms, not ours.
Availability
We try to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or withdraw features.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your files, your rows and your sign-in identity. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Synchroneers is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
